Drop-in classes by donation! Everyone is welcome. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. 

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a relaxing, rejuvenating class that is perfect for beginners, individuals healing injuries, and experienced students wanting to slow down. It offers time and space for self-care and healing. Each class includes a blend of breathwork (pranayama) and hatha yoga poses (asanas). Alignment suggestions and modifications are provided. You will be encouraged to listen to your body and discover "your yoga" through compassion, acceptance, and letting go. This class is restorative and therapeutic, ending with a period of deep relaxation (savasana). Everyone is welcome.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a calming, meditative practice that is perfect for students of all levels. Each class begins with a centering meditation to connect with the body, breath, and mind. This inward focus is carried into the postures (asanas), all of which are done on the floor. You will explore forward and backbends, twists, and lateral stretches, holding each posture for 3-5 minutes. Yin is a practice of letting go into each pose, letting gravity and time do the work. Each class ends with a deep relaxation (savasana) to restore balance at all levels. Yin increases flexibility in the joints, detoxifies the body, and cultivates clarity in the mind. Everyone is welcome.

All Levels Yoga

All Levels Yoga is a grounding and inspiring class well-suited for everyone, beginners and beyond. It is a great way to unwind and reconnect. You will move through hatha yoga postures (asana) that strengthen and detoxify the physical body. Poses may include forward bends, backbends, twists, balancing postures, and inversions. Alignment cues, modifications, and variations will be provided. Breathwork (pranayama) will also be a focus, supporting you to deepen your practice. Each class ends with a period of deep relaxation (savasana). Come explore what works for you and advance your practice over time. All are welcome.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a heart-opening class offered at a moderate pace. Classes flow through an intelligent sequence of hatha yoga postures (asana) intended to build strength, flexibility, and awareness of body and breath. Poses and movements are synchronized with the breath (pranayama), creating a fluid, harmonious practice that cleanses and revitalizes the body at all levels. Variations are provided for new and advanced students. Each class ends with a period of relaxation (savasana) to allow for deep rest and integration of the practice. Everyone is welcome. Previous yoga experience is helpful but not required. Come flow with us!

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. Everyone can do it. This practice brings balance to mind, body, and soul. Through breathwork, mudra, eye focus, mantra, body locks, and postures, you experience your essence, your life force, your creative power. You wake up to feel 100% of your possibilities and live in excellence. The practice precisely and consciously balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands lung capacity, and purifies the blood. Kundalini Yoga is direct and inclusive. All are welcome.
