Gentle Yoga is a relaxing, rejuvenating class that is perfect for beginners, individuals healing injuries, and experienced students wanting to slow down. It offers time and space for self-care and healing. Each class includes a blend of breathwork (pranayama) and hatha yoga poses (asanas). Alignment suggestions and modifications are provided. You will be encouraged to listen to your body and discover "your yoga" through compassion, acceptance, and letting go. This class is restorative and therapeutic, ending with a period of deep relaxation (savasana). Everyone is welcome.
All Levels Yoga is a grounding and inspiring class well-suited for everyone, beginners and beyond. It is a great way to unwind and reconnect. You will move through hatha yoga postures (asana) that strengthen and detoxify the physical body. Poses may include forward bends, backbends, twists, balancing postures, and inversions. Alignment cues, modifications, and variations will be provided. Breathwork (pranayama) will also be a focus, supporting you to deepen your practice.
