Start your day with fresh air, flowing yoga, and live cello at Buoy Park on Rockland Harbor. Cultivate a deep breath and soak up the energy of the ocean. The sounds of the cello will inspire a fluid, nourishing yoga practice. The breeze and sky will uplift us. The morning will end with a long relaxation. An awesome way to start the day!
Level: Everyone is welcome, including beginning practitioners.
What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, and any other support you'd like for your practice, layers for changing temperatures, and water.

Robin Lane performs classical, jazz, and contemporary works throughout Maine. He records, engineers, and produces his own music. Robin’s work provokes conscious thought, bringing peace to the minds of the individual, society, and the environment in which we live. He is a student at USM's School of Music.
