Are you curious about the how's and why's of yoga? Do you want to take a bit more time with a particular posture? Join Ann for an experiential yoga clinic and dive into movement fundamentals, yoga postures, and philosophy. Through demonstration and hands-on experience, you will explore what yoga means to you in your body, heart, and mind. This will be an inspiring and dynamic workshop with time and space for contemplation and questions. The environment will be relaxed and fun. To integrate the experience, the clinic will end with relaxation and meditation.
Limited to 8 participants. The small group size will foster individual feedback and support.
Level: Everyone is welcome, including beginners.
