Celebrate Summer with an empowering women's art and yoga journey. Dive deep into your heart and explore the freedom of self-expression!

In this course, we will explore love - yes, love! What does love and connection mean to you at this moment in time? What does it feel like to reach out and engage? What is your relationship with the shadow emotions of the heart - fear and grief? Each week, we will interweave breath work, nourishing yoga, guided visualizations, and deep relaxation with expressive arts, including movement and dance, painting, writing, drawing, and collage. We will make individual and group art "process" creations, using images, symbols, and words. The art and yoga practices will strengthen our capacity for love and friendship.

Week 1: Connecting to the Earth & Self-Acceptance
Week 2: Unconditional Love: Deepening into our own Heart
Week 3: Cultivating Courage & Working with Fear & Grief
Week 4: Exploring our Relationships with Others
Week 5: Expanding our Circle of Compassion
Week 6: Connecting to the Sacred World

Our art practice will include getting messy with tempera paint, watercolors, pastels, collage materials, and markers. You do not need to have any previous art-making experience. This class is about process, self-expression, and moving energy, not about creating works of art. All materials will be provided, and the cost includes materials fee. (You are welcome to bring additional supplies from home.)

Come as you are. All feelings, emotions, and experiences are welcome and deeply respected.
