"Let go of tension, let go of fear, and let the heart open and bask in the warmth and feeling of well-being."  - Gurmukh

What is compassion? How do we cultivate this quality of warmth in ourselves, our families, our friendships... and the world?

This Summer, join a sacred circle of women for practice, friendship, and sharing. Together, we will explore the fertile, green energy of Anahata Chakra, the Heart Chakra. Through Kundalini yoga, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, we will cultivate compassion, kindness, and connection to Self and others. We will gently inquire into our fears and worries, offering understanding and self-acceptance. The classes will include time for sharing/conversation, expressive arts, and deep relaxation. All emotions, feelings, and experiences are welcome and honored. Hope to see you there!

Level: Women of all ages are welcome; no experience necessary.

Registration: Kindly complete payment below or contact Rachel at [email protected] or 594-1694 to register and discuss other payment options. Pay-what-you-can donations and installment payments are welcome. In addition to the online payment option, you may also send checks to: The Dancing Elephant, 14 School Street, Rockland, ME 04841.
