“Creativity is everyone’s birthright. It is the act of living here and now, finding out what it is that makes you happy, and then pursuing that path.” - Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa
Calling Midcoast women of all ages! As Winter turns to Spring, join a sacred circle of women for an inspiring journey into Self-Expression and Creativity. Over the course of seven weeks, we will awaken and strengthen Svadisthana Chakra, the second energy center. This chakra - represented by the bold color orange and the flowing element of water- invites us to express our innate creativity. We all are inspired beings. The energy of creation flows with divine purpose through our lives. How are we directing that flow, and how are we surrending to it? Where are we stuck?
Together, we will practice breathwork, yoga, mudra, chanting, and meditation to balance the mental, physical, and nervous energies in the body and specifically the second energy center, Svadisthana Chakra. There will be time for creative expression through art, movement, and writing.
The circle provides a wonderful space for sharing, growth, and friendship. The atmosphere is open-hearted and joyful. Hope to see you there!
