Make a commitment to yourself this year! Join a beautiful circle of women for a transformational journey of self-acceptance. Over the course of the year, we will gently and systematically work our way up the seven energy centers, from the root to the crown.

#1 January-February: Muladhara Chakra-- Acceptance
#2 February-April: Svadisthana Chakra-- Creativity
#3 April-May: Manipura Chakra-- Commitment
#4 June-July: Anahata Chakra-- Compassion
#5 July-August: Vissudha Chakra-- Truth
#6 September-October: Ajna Chakra-- Intuition
#7 November-December: Sahasrara Chakra and Aura-- Boundlessness & Radiance
We will practice Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Through breathwork, physical exercises called kriyas, meditation, and chanting, we will clear blocked energy in the chakras and bring forth our radiance. Gurmukh's book The 8 Human Talents will be a source of inspiration and guidance for the journey through the chakras. Together, we will share practice, conversation, creative expression, and friendship. The atmosphere is relaxed and open-hearted. Hope to see you there!

Level: Women of all ages are welcome; no experience necessary.
