Fall is a wonderful season for self-reflection. The Women's Circle is a supportive, loving, and inspiring space for practice. Join us!
As you move into fall, what is percolating in your heart? What is calling out to express itself in your life? The seven-week series is an opportunity for self-inquiry and deep practice. Kundalini Yoga is a technology that connects us directly to our essence, our life force. Breathwork, physical exercises called kriyas, meditation, mudra, and mantra remove blocked energy and create space for living 100% of our possibilities. In this series, we will work with the themes of commitment, love, and truth as we nurture our selves and our potential. Classes also include time for sharing, expressive arts, and deep relaxation. Hope to see you there.
Level: Women of all ages are welcome; no experience necessary.
Registration: Kindly complete payment below or contact Rachel at [email protected] to sign up and discuss other payment options. Installment plans are welcome.
