Join us! The Women's Kundalini Circle is supportive, inspiring, and uplifting. The six-week summer series is an invigorating cleanse for the body, mind, and spirit. Each class includes breathwork, physical exercises called kriyas, meditation, mudra, and mantra. The kriyas will purify, energize, and strengthen the whole body. The meditations will sharpen your intuition and bring clarity to your mind. Classes also include time for sharing, expressive arts (painting, drawing, writing, dancing) and deep relaxation. This transformative and fun summer series will open your heart to your full potential. Hope to see you there.
Level: Women of all ages are welcome; no experience necessary.
