“The earth is you. You are the earth. When you realize there is no separation, you fall completely in love with this beautiful planet.” - Thich Nhat Hanh, Love Letter to the Earth
This summer, come practice outside and fall in love with the natural world. Open your senses and wake up to the magic all around. This four-week class is a nourishing opportunity to connect - with yourself, new and old friends, and this beautiful planet. Gatherings will include guided meditation, sensory exercises, seated and walking meditation, and time for sharing and being together. Curiosity and a sense of wonder will be our guides.
"Looking deeply, with mindfulness and concentration, we can see that we are the Earth and, with this insight, love and understanding will be born." - Thich Nhat Hanh
This offering is part of the year-long program, Making Friends with Ourselves & Our World, January-December, 2021.
