Spring is a time of renewal and growth! Join us for an energizing and relaxing afternoon of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and the inspiring sounds of live cello. The retreat will nourish and enliven you. It will wake you up to your potential.
The afternoon will open with a centering meditation and breathwork to clear space. The cello will guide us into flowing yoga sequences to awaken the spine and strengthen the body, mind, and spirit at all levels. The practice becomes a dance of the breath, postures, and the healing vibrations. The afternoon will close with a quiet period of calming yoga poses and deep relaxation. Come as you are, and let go into Spring!
Level: Everyone is welcome, including beginners.
Registration: Kindly complete payment below or contact Cynthia at [email protected] to register and discuss other payment options.
Note: If you are able to pay $50, you will help someone else participate. Thank you!
