Social Meditation

Every Monday through November 4, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Social Meditation is a supportive practice that guides us in developing a culture of “nowness” and a space to relate authentically with one another. In this practice, we explore what it feels like to speak and listen from our present moment experience. We practice communicating with bravery and vulnerability so that we can bring these qualities into our daily lives. The evening includes sitting practice, Social Meditation, and tea and visiting. Participants of all ages, backgrounds, and spiritual traditions are welcome. By donation: suggested $5-10.
