Can we rebuild our emotional freedom after emotional upset? How deep is the hurt? The practice of forgiveness is a unique spiritual medicine for healing the past. We can learn to take care of our own - and other's - emotional energy especially when it is trapped in the form of negative experiences and emotional traumas in our mind. It takes courage to forgive and to ask for forgivenness. It is one of the most powerful practices for healing our hearts and minds.
Everyone is welcome.
