Pregnancy is a time of tremendous growth and change, both physically and emotionally. It is a time to nourish yourself and your growing baby. Join us for prenatal yoga to cultivate breath, stamina, and courage in preparation for birth. Each class will integrate warm-ups, breathing techniques, core strengthening postures, relaxation, and meditation. The practice will meet you wherever you are in your pregnancy. You will enjoy the many benefits including stress relief, reduced nausea, reduced inflammation, increased stamina and strength, as well as increased bonding and compassion. This class is a wonderful opportuntiy to gather with other pregnant women and share your joys and concerns. It is a time for essential self-care. Hope to see you there!
Level: Women in any stage of pregnancy are welcome; no yoga experience necessary.
