Take time to connect with your baby and meet other moms. This gentle yoga class is a wonderful way to come back to yoga - or start a new yoga practice - after giving birth. Throughout the series, we will focus on breathing techniques, yoga postures, and relaxation to calm and nourish ourselves. (A baby’s first year can be very exciting and daunting!) The yoga postures will specifically help rebuild and stabilize the pelvic floor, core muscles, and low back. You’ll learn mindfulness techniques and specific stretching exercises that you can do at home with your baby. Come join other moms and babes for this fun and relaxing class!
