Let's reclaim the joy of eating! Join us on Sunday afternoons this winter for a supportive and nourishing drop-in group based on Mindful Eating: A Guide to Rediscovering a Healthy and Joyful Relationship with Food by Jan Chozen Bays, MD.
The purpose of the group is to support each other on the path of mindful eating. We will learn techniques to awaken our senses and bring non-judgmental awareness to our relationship with food. We will attune to our eating habits and support each other to develop a healthy, loving relationship to food and our bodies. Each gathering will include reading, discussion, and guided meditations.
Everyone is welcome.
This is a drop-in group; registration is not required.
By donation. Suggested: $5-15 per class. Donations in any amount are graciously accepted.
Books will be available for purchase at The Dancing Elephant.
