Join us for movement, creativity, friendship, and fun this fall. Learn yoga postures, breathing practices, and games to energize and stretch your body. Learn mindfulness skills to open your senses and support relaxation. This class is a great way to get your energy out, as well as focus inward, at the end of the day. A healthy snack is provided!
Note: No class on 10/31 or 11/28.
Level: Boys and girls, ages 7-11 years.
