Nurture yourself this winter! Tune into body, mind, and spirit through the soothing sounds of the cello. These special winter afternoon gatherings are being offered as "self-guided, open practice time" with unique cello improvisations offered by Robin Lane. For the hour together, you are invited to practice what best supports you in the moment: come meditate, practice yoga, write or draw, move or dance freely, or lie down and rest. Let the sounds of the cello soothe your soul.
For the best audio and healing experience, Robin suggests using a set of headphones or external speakers.
Note: If finances are tight, you are welcome to come for free.
Preregistration is not required. Kindly sign on by 3:55 p.m. so we can start together at 4 p.m.
All are welcome.
