These times call for a revolution.
A revolution of loving-kindness, connection, and wakeful action.
We invite you to join us for a year-long exploration of Buddhist teachings that inspire making friends with ourselves, each other, and the world. Through study groups, dharma talks, and weekend retreats, we will:
  • rediscover our Buddhanature,
  • ground ourselves and nourish our hearts,
  • support each other through friendship, connection, and learning,
  • slow down, breathe, and deepen our practice,
  • explore our shared humanity and help relieve the suffering of the world, and
  • support a life-sustaining, interconnected culture of kindness and joy.
Who are our guides?
Throughout the year, we will draw inspiration from the Buddha’s ancient teachings through the voices of modern teachers. Our guides will include Buddhist teachers such as Pema Chödrön, Lama Rod Owens, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Sebene Selassie. The voices of Native American teachers, Christian contemplatives, and neuroscientists will weave throughout the year providing diverse perspectives. Sangha members and visiting teachers will facilitate the programs.
Everyone is welcome.
You may join at the beginning of the year or at any point along the way. Offerings will support both beginner students and long-time practitioners. The learning environment will be warm-hearted and supportive. Experiential, embodied exercises will be balanced with dharma study and inquiry. We will question the teachings, seeing what is true for each of us. All feelings, viewpoints, and perspectives are welcome. We will encourage each other to be curious and courageous, so that we wake up more fully to ourselves and our world.
As always, all offerings are by donation. The teachings are offered from our hearts. There is no minimum donation to participate.
Will you join us?
