The Dancing Elephant invites you to our relaxed and friendly community practice spaces in Rockport, Maine and online via Zoom. Come as you are. The teachings of yoga, meditation, and art are here to support you. We welcome you into the sacred space of embodied awareness and compassionate self-acceptance. We invite you to slow down, breathe, and simply be. The Dancing Elephant is committed to making our programs accessible to everyone. All ages, sizes, shapes, and abilities are welcome. All offerings are by donation.

Masks and proof of vaccine are required in-person. Please email a photo of your vaccine card to [email protected] or bring it with you to class. - The Dancing Elephant is located in Rockport, Maine, which was settled on the traditional territory of the Penobscot Nation, part of the Wabanaki Confederacy. We honor the Penobscot people who have stewarded these lands and waterways for thousands of years, and we affirm their inherent sovereignty in this region. Learn more.
